Strategy development

Developing a clear strategy and goals for your organisation is a fundamental aspect of achieving success. I can support you to put a well-defined plan in place that captures your objectives and the steps you need to take to achieve them.

I will also provide you with the necessary tools and knowledge to bring this strategy to life and embed it into organisational culture and processes, ensuring that what you do in the day to day is aligned with your purpose and brand and helping you achieve your desired outcomes.

Integral to this is also ensuring that strong evaluation systems are built into plans so that progress and success can be quantified and measured, and ongoing refinements made.

Workshop facilitation

A skilled and experienced facilitator, I will work closely with you to clearly understand workshop outcomes to design a workshop process that really delivers. I work with small groups through to larger groups of up to 80 right across the agricultural and regional/community sector and can deliver in-person workshops, online workshops and hybrid workshops.

My special areas of interest are in project co-design, R&D and extension & adoption, biosecurity, trade, horticulture and community groups.

For larger workshops and hybrid workshops I collaborate with a pool of trusted facilitators to optimise the quality of delivery and workshop experience.

Building capacity

I’m a firm believer that successful communities and industry groups are underpinned by great people with the right skills and knowledge, from the grassroots level up. I am passionate about building the capacity of our people, with a focus on:
